Flood – Cockermouth
This was one of many properties that were flooded in this area.
Five foot of water throughout the property, it took 6 months to complete works following extensive drying period, including replacing all floors, kitchen, bathroom and staircase.
Fire damage – Cambridgshire
A large fire completely destroyed the roof, containing 7 dormers and numerous valleys.
This large and complex claim was carried out on time and on budget back in 2009 and included replacing the cut roof, the kitchen, all floors and internal walls and 3 bathrooms.
Water damage – Maidstone
A faulty ball valve caused mains pressure to pour through this property for hours causing major damage.
All surfaces throughout were effected and had to be replaced including a large kitchen, floors, stud walls and the large staircase in the middle of the property.
Impact damage - Skelmersdale
A 4x4 had hit the front right corner of this property making it unstable
We had to dismantle the entire gable wall, inner and outer skin, while maintaining the strength in the structure and also security. our approach to this claim mitigated a large amount of works to the internal of the property.
