Fire Doors

Baker Joiner have trained operatives who carry out planned maintenance works on commercial properties following Fire Risk Assessments (FRA's).

The latest project has involved working on various DVSA test centres across the south of England, from Penzance to Eastbourne and including a number of properties in London.

Following recent FRA's some of the old properties were failing due to the condition of the existing fire doors and alarm provisions.

Works to these centres ranged from changing fire doors, changing or installing intumescent strips to doors/ frames, updating non compliant ironmongery, installing drop down thresholds and general signage.
